Pickup & Delivery via DHL
DHL arrives daily at our office for pickups and deliveries. As we require your approved samples to be returned to produce your bulk order, please carefully follow these instructions before sending anything.
Sending Packages to Us
Can You Use Local Fabrics?
As imports into Indonesia are overtly complex, we recommend NEVER sending us anything. Rather, contact us, and we will organize pickup using our courier account or yours.
Requesting a Pickup
We require a detailed description of the samples, including the number of tops and bottoms, accessories etc; remove any price tag, and we’ll create a packing list.
- Description of items.
- Material composition.
- Value per piece.
- Total units and total value.
With your data complete, fill in a packing list, and we’ll organize a pickup.
Note
- Upon arrival in Bali, import fees are chargeable.
- If you send items without speaking to us first & encounter issues, there’s little we can do to assist. Let us handle your dispatches to ensure everything goes smoothly.
Loss or Damage
DHL or customs may repack or inspect your shipment, which on very rare occasions results in loss or damage. Swimwear Bali is not liable in these cases. To cover this, a 2% insurance surcharge is added to your invoice.
Sending packages to you
The courier price we offer is non negotiable & payable prior to dispatch.
After dispatch, you’ll receive a tracking number.
Upon entry into your country import charges may apply that must be paid before the articles sent can be delivered.

To calculate freight in kilos, work on 5 bikini sets being one kilo, and one-piece swimsuits 250 grams.
Notes:
- Allow 3-5 working days for delivery.
- Ensure your delivery address and daytime mobile number are correct.
- Couriers will attempt delivery twice before returning goods to Bali.
- Orders are packed in 36 x 58 x 46 cm boxes (15 x 23 x 18 inches).
- Our tax-free license does not apply to goods entering your country.
